Sizing & Fit
On every NB1 piece we aim to include Size & Fit notes on the product listing, that'll be the best starting point. Our size guide is also there to help, with a full measurement breakdown and notes on how each style fits. If you're between sizes, we'd suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Most of our pieces do, some styles are intentionally cut more relaxed or more fitted than others. Check the Size & Fit notes on the product listing, where we'll tell you how it fits and what size our model is wearing.
We currently stock XXS through to L. We're working on expanding the range to XXL shortly.

Product & Fabric
Every fabric in the NB1 range is specifically chosen for the feel, the weight, how it falls - the kind that fits right, moves with you and washes beautifully. Fabric composition are listed on each product page.
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Avoid high heat, it's the enemy of fabric. Specific care instructions are on every product label and in the product description.
When cared for correctly (cold wash, low heat) our fabrics hold their colour well. We choose fabrics built to be worn on repeat, and that includes how they wash.
No. Fabric weight is high on our list of consideration when selecting a piece for the range. Every NB1 item is chosen to ensure it's never see-through, that's part of what makes the fabric superior.
Where pockets work for the style, we include them. Check the description for details on each piece, we always call them out because we know how much they matter.
Orders & Payments
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Zip. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Yes. Both Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout on all orders. Split your purchase into four interest-free payments with Afterpay, or flexible weekly or fortnightly payments with Zip. No hidden fees, no fuss, just choose the option that works best for you at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days across Australia. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.
Not yet, we're currently shipping within Australia only. International shipping is something we're working towards, so stay tuned.

Returns & Exchanges
Free returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Head to our Returns Centre at northbyone.com.au/returns and follow the prompts. It's straightforward and designed to make the process as easy as possible.
We don't process direct exchanges, the easiest way is to return your original order and place a new one for the size or colour you need. Your return will be processed as soon as it arrives back with us.
Once your return is received and confirmed, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method, times vary depending on the bank.

The Brand
NorthByOne was founded by Tegan and Nicole, two friends, two mums, and two women who knew there was a better option out there. Tegan leads the creative direction and design, Nicole leads the brand. You can read the full story on our About page.
Our pieces are designed in Australia by Tegan, working directly with local pattern makers to perfect the fit and feel. Full production details are something we'll be sharing more of as the brand grows.
