NorthByOne Instagram Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Promoter. NorthByOne (northbyone.com.au).

Promotion period. Opens 8 June 2026 at 12:00am AEST. Closes 5 July 2026 at 5:00pm AEST.

Eligibility. Open to Australian residents only. Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

How to enter. To enter, participants must, during the promotion period: follow @northbyone on Instagram, like the competition post, and tag one friend in the comments, who also needs to like & follow @northbyone.

Each comment with a tag constitutes one entry. Multiple entries are permitted provided each tag is a unique person. Self-tagging and spam accounts will be disqualified.

Prize. Two (2) digital gift vouchers valued at $250 AUD each, one to be awarded to the winner and one to the friend they tagged. Gift vouchers are redeemable at northbyone.com.au only. Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used within the valid period of the gift voucher.

Winner selection. One winning comment will be selected at random from all valid entries on 5 July 2026 after 5:00pm AEST. The draw will be conducted by the promoter.

Winner notification. The winner will be contacted by Instagram DM within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 5 days and provide a valid email address and Australian postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a redraw will take place.

Privacy. Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and delivering the prize. Information will not be shared with third parties. Please refer to our privacy policy at northbyone.com.au for further detail.

General. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.
